Hi People,
Having trouble with a Corsa 1.4 8V that won't start.
It turns over fine but doesn't sound like its firing. I've had a plug out and rested it on the engine (still connected to HT lead) and I can't see it sparking when cranking it. It was done outside in daylight but I'd have thought it would still have been visible.
The immobiliser seems to be ok, the EML flashes once briefly when the ignition is turned on and OpCom confirms immobiliser signal is ok.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

You'd see a spark even in daylight.
What year is the car?

Just been out and checked again now its dark... definately no spark from the plugs.
I'm thinking it could be the dispack. Anyone any other thoughts?

Just for future reference for people. I cleaned the crank sensor (next to the bottom pulley) and the car started up first time so problem solved!
