that could tell you where a car currently is? E.g, you put the reg plate in and it tells you its registered in a town, or was the link I'm thinking of the one that just tells you when it was last taxed?

Dvla car enquiry tells you when the tax expires etc. Cant see there being one that tells you where the car is.
