got a stealth shelf but theres no strings wiv it to lift up when hte boot does. I've herd this is because it's to heavy. So anyone got some suggestions how to keep the shelf up for short periods while i'm filling the boot up etc.

hold it, lol, or use a length of wood.

dont use the boot rams....lol...the boot will not open!...u just gotta hold it m8.

Fit hydraulic lifters to the Shelf so when the boot opens the Shelf also opens

hi,i gotta a pretty heavey stealth shelf and 6X9s fitted in a Corsa C. Fitted strings to it and have no problems with original lifters lifting it all the way up.

i got strings with mine, so it does open without holding it. no probs
