I want to put 6 speakers in my car, but my headunit is only 4x50. is there some way of spliting it?? or do i need to use the pre-outs and another amp for the extra speakers??

dont run that many off the headunit, it will sound crap, nowhere near enough power, some of em will need amping.

i wasnt planning on runing all of em off the headunit. so ill need a small amp to power them off? is there somthing that will split pre-outs??

well u could run 4 from headunit and a 4 channel amp.
What speakers are they? cos i only run 6 and hit SPL levels of 150db or so.
And SQ people run only 3 and win competitions.
