The lacquer around the window washers on the bonnet has started to peel. It started a couple of months ago and was hardly noticeable, but suddenly has grown to the width of a tennis ball. It looks horrible.
How can I repair this? Dont really want to go to a paint sprayer. Could i buy some clear lacquer and spray over the top?

got the same problem just above me GSI skirts, think the cars had a shit re-spray let me know how you sort it otherwise full re-spray is on the cards

sand the edges with 2000 grit wet and dry.

patch like this happened on my dads a4, just sanded the edges and its not noticeable atall.
