Took all 10mill bolts out,oil spring and the oil pipes. Took the seal out too but still won't slide off. It's got abit of play in it but won't come off.

Any help lads. Cheers

:/ just keep waggling and it should pop straight out to be honest.
Ive never done one on a c20xe but x16's and stuff are just a pain in the arse to get out, just need to waggle them for about 20 mins. Or CAREFULLY stick a screw driver between the block and oil pump and use it gently as a pry

You took the crank bolt an pully off?

It's ok lads we've done it.

There's a collar (spacer) behind sprocket. Goes between oil pump and sprocket. Had to lube that up and prize it out gently then came straight off.

Bottem pulley off?
