can't remember.

but looking to flag up any number over 30 etc


for example;

we have a list of reports with driver speeds

we want to have three colums.. 30,60,70mph

and we want to flag if the number exceeds each speed bracket



any help appreciated

Would conditional formatting not do the job? Highlight them a certain colour etc?

Select all the Total cells and go to Format / Conditional Formatting

Select Cell Value Is / Less than or Equal to / and enter: =-30

Click Format and choose from the Pattern tab.

Only just seen your reply alex...

They only problem is.. they need to have 3 separate columns >30 >60 >70

anyway off adding a colour to my above formula?

Not really mate as they need over 30 / 60 and 70
