I've just had a EML come one in my x16xe GSI I've flashes the codes up on the MFD,

It flashes 12 three times, to show its checking, then I get 171 three times then no other codes.

I've looked for code 171 but can't find any, could it poss be 1(signals first fault) 71 (being the fault code) car doesn't seen to run any different but would rather fix it before it does.

Air temp sensor? As thats what code 71 is?
