Thanks Matt mine will be heading to an MOT equipped with retrofitted Bi-Xenon headlamps aimed 100% legally with no untowoard glare or hot spotting. So are "legal" but lack headlight washers and levelling system. Everyone on the BMW forum is sure this will fail but I was under the impression that it was only testable of the levelers and washers where present.

I thought they would fail if they're not present as they are a requirement for HID's/Xenons. Not read the manual though but that was the impression I had.
