I've been searching ebay.co.uk for corsa stuff and noticed a couple of people selling these very cheap *mods*.
They claim they are "resistor chip" that fool the air inlet mass sensor into thinking more has gone in and hence the ecu will inject more fuel.
After reading the ebay feedback area for one of these users it looks like he's just selling a 4.7k resistor (not a chip) and some poor instructions.
My question is, is it advisable or beneficial to connect a resistor to the sensor, will there be any performance increases and would they be as high as 15bhp!!
I'm guessing this is just a compete CON but thought i'd throw it open for discussion.....

my mate just bought one. just said it was a resistor. it turned up to his door in a little brown envolope lol.
he aint putting it in.

.........3 days later it was in the for sale section for £1 or summat stupid like that
