It's described as:
• Family cover
• Worldwide travel
• Multi-trip
• Covers winter sports and golf trips
• Includes personal belongings, medical emergency and repatriation, legal advice
Does anybody know if the "Family Cover" part of it would cover my Girlfriend? We live together, but not married - so not sure she counts as family (I like to think not, but in this case maybe it would be useful).
Only thing I can find in the PDF I've got is an age restriction, and says Children aren't covered for solo travel - no definition of "Family".

I've got the account and thought of this myself but upon checking she wasn't covered.

TBH, i'd look into separate insurance. They've got so many small print bits that the cover is crap.
I have their cover and it covers winter sports cover. Whilst skiing, one of the skis broke and the hire company wanted me to pay.
Contacted the insurance company, who said that they'll cover for damage (and loss), as long as you aren't using it at the time its damaged.

I thought it was more medical insurance than belongings?
Travel insurance is only a tenner or so anyway if you're in any doubt

I've been on hold while making this post, just as I was about to give up - someone answered.
She does count as family as she lives with me permenantly and is a "civil partner"... I thought thats what gays were called nowadays
My cheapest quote for independant cover is £85 because my missus had a blood clot a few years ago. Mentioned this clot to Halifax and they said my cover will still cover it, so not going to argue with that.

I'd ask for that in writing, just incase something happens and they claim you were never told that, to get out of paying.
