I'm after a supplier for those big sheets of GRP used on truck roofs (not the laminated ply like the sides).

need about 50 foot of it and 6'3" wide. Or three 17 foot lengths.

Google keeps bringing back shite.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Will speak to the workshop at work tommorow if I get a chance, never seen sheets that big but they get small ones for doing repairs etc.

I know for a fact they come in 45 foot x 8 foot sheets to do the roofs on curtain siders etc.

They can get most stuff.

That numbers dereham, norfolk which is the main office, but i think they have branches everywhere.

We spend serious amounts with them, and they are very helpful

I'm sure all the trailer roofs are thin aluminium at work, May be another option for you there.

Ste try a company called Ellis & son In tonbridge 01892 725720 they are a commercial bodybuilders. we use them at my work when we need the Grp roof skins. you can make it yourself quite easily a couple of rolls of 240 fibreglass matt and 100ltrs ish of resin I've done it that way to make a roof for a horse box

Morley service metals/truck roof dept is where mine came from.

They ship all over the uk too.only up the road from me if you need someone to go up and look
