natwest online banking

what on earth is going on? money situation has passed critical and i cant do anything online, nor get into the local bank, as its not one of the few open

They were trying to copy barcleycard, app for your phone.

Some muppet in there dept has cocked it up..
hence why no one can get there money out.

Been like it for a few days.

Go into a branch (quite a few of them are opening tomorrow) or phone them and they will do their best to help you.

Keep a note of any charges for bills etc you receive which are directly caused by the issue as they will put you back to the position you should have been in should it not have happened.

The problem was fixed when the representative was on TV this morning however the system had to complete updates/transfers so would be a while before everyones accounts were back to normal.

My work use them for wages, usually get paid on a friday, not had sod all yet. I dont even bank with them!

Good thing, i closed my account with them paid for somthing of paypal, charged my account, for £15.. lol i dont have it anymore..
