Right, in May i swapped insurance companies as the currentone at the time (Zurich) was way to expensive. I eventually went with Churchhill, and they asked for proof of my ncd. So 15th may after the phoen call to buy it i sent off my proof of no claims. I got a letter the otehr day saying they havent received it. Anything I can do to keep my ncb?

So miffed off.

Ring tup Zurich and get them to send you a letter with your proof of NCB. Then send it to Churchill.

Ring up Churchill with your old policy number, car details address etc and they should happily get the required info to do it for you

failing that that get another letter and email/fax it over with a request receipt

Ring them up, they send it out same day, and is with you usually within 3 days. If you're current insurance say anything, it's on the way to you.
