My c16xe Ecu has got water into it and causing the car to misfire by not sending a pulse to injector 3 so I'm wondering is there anywhere were I can take my Ecu to get reconditioned or to get checked over?

Be cheaper to buy a used one mate, ECU repairs are not cheap at all!
