Just been to Tallinn about.30 mins ago. Amazing weekend, not cheap though,blew over 350 euros.

Also done Krakow, was great and very cheap as stayed in a hostel.

Also done Prague, nit cheap anymore due to popularity.

Would say based upon requirements, Krakow, Tallinn, Prague
