Does anyone here use teeth 'whitening' toothpaste, and does it actually make your teeth white?

Nope... used it for years.
I just seem to buy the whitening one without really noticing.

Best solution is having them laser whitened, costs about £500 but it's instant and looks good.

This place is only £200, but it looks a bit like the sort of place you would see on Watchdog:

A mouthwash with a high hydrogen peroxide content, used twice daily, will give you better results long term than laser treatment. Which, I may add, does not cost £500.

Remove faggot tax and how much does it cost?
There are several Groupon deals posted weekly for £100. They do the same thing as the ones that cost 5 times as much.

There are kits that you can buy and you put like gum shields on overnight with a gel in and you get excellent results within a week.

I'm just talking about prices I've seen at reputable clinics, it does vary though.

i've used all sorts for years and it only works well if you use the same toothpaste religiously for at least a month. (day and night).
arm and hammer whitening is good, especially when used with colgate whitening mouthwash (white bottle).
pearl drops didn't really do anything.
those laser whitening gum things are fantastic also. my mums friend had it done and sleeps with a gum shield at night iirc, keeps them lovely and white.

Crest White Stripes are the best thing I've used, I've tried the gumshields and wasn't impressed with them. Might have been the particular one I used though.

My misus is a orthodontic nurse and she's just said it needs to be 10% peroxide, any more and it will damage your teeth and gums.
She said the kit she uses / sales is the dental beauty kit with the syringes.

They were hard to come by last time I ordered them, got them off what looked like a dodgy American site. 3D White Whitestrips with Advanced Seal are the ones I got and they made a massive difference.
It's 2 sticky pieces of what is like selotape, you stick them on upper and lower teeth and keep them on for 30 minutes. Plenty of youtube videos.
