I think that may have been plated to around 7.5 tonnes.

It would be around 3.5 tons unladen, so you'll probably be able to drive it but only be able to carry a toy car on the back.

It's the gross weight that matters for licensing purposes so if it's plated to more than 3.5t, you need C1 even if it's under 3.5t unladen.
It potentially could be plated to 3.5t though so you'd need to check to know for certain.
