To me the way that's worded sounds like he's ended up with it as part of a deal part ex maybe. And he's just googled.all the parts and added bits to the costs of each. That would be how my dad would list everything if he sold my car for me. Really doesn't read like he knows what he's on about if it is the creator of it.
