How do uk people pay for items they win on german ebay?

I won an item on ebay.de and now need to pay for it
But the seller only accepts bank transfer?

Think i might have fucked up here

p.s its for 2 euro and 1 euro postage.

Dont take my word for this but when i bought some headlights from there i think I used MoneyBookers to pay for it. Deffo couldnt use PayPal but whatever i used was really easy. Pretty sure it was that.
