Was wondering if GiffGaff would do the same? The £1 off I would get would definitely come in handy

"Tesco and giff gaff customers who were directly affected by the network meltdown (because the two companies share the the O2 network) will also receive compensation. Tesco users will get the equivalent of three days back, while giff gaff customers will receive 10% extra on top up credits from 19 until 25 July – but neither customers will get the £10 O2 voucher."

giffgaff is only if you top up in the next week, although I don't really care about it that's rubbish.
If it doesn't fall into your monthly goodybag week it's a waste of time.

Considering some people had no signal for 3 days 10% is not surprising. To the point that they would struggle to argue against giving refunds for lack of service.

No auto applied and O2 priority moments is available from 1st September (through their app at least).
As annoying as it was £10 and 10% is more than enough!
Now to find something to spend the voucher on...

If you're an O2 customer and haven't had a text surely that should come as no surprise
