if a put the 1.6 back in will be a c16 as av had a few gsi and though the c16 was better then the x16

The reason i have gave my reg out as a built a redtop corsa b4 wasnt even running yet and a got nothing but abuse cause it was still booked as a 1.2 tryed to explain it will be booked as 2.0 when its on the road and people were saying they were reporing the car 2 dvla

id resore the white one, back to a 1.6 and turn the red one into a toy.. best of both worlds...

cant afford to keep them both as i have 2 redtop corsa mk4 golf and a 56 plate corsa c so something has 2 go

fair enough, with regards to the engine, if you go back to a 1.6 it would have to depend on the year with regards to a c16 or x16 for the full effect

Am not going to rush the gsi as av left it the shed for a while and just forgot about it but hopefully be out on the road for nxt summer

soon as a find a buy for my other c20xe engine all get the stuff i need for the gsi

grate choice to restore it mate if you change your mind im usualy online drop me a U2U and ill take it off ya hands even with ne interia but would need to still be with the kit to keep it original

Yeah think it is aswell soon as i have sold my other c20xe engine i can start buying parts for it to fix it

Thank a cant for up a for sale thread yet as av not had enough post but soon as i can all be putting the engine up for sale going to remove the engine from my track car in the morning i think

am taking my time with it my girlfriends uncle is a blacksmith so going to ask him to do the welding i have added pics of the car in 2008 on my project thread

Well bad news went to day to start doing work on the gsi and the shell is really gone worse then i expected there was holes behind the back lights holes behind the rear panels 4 or 5 holes in the sills the rust is just unreal didnt look that bad in till i removed everything from inside the car 2 big holes in the boot floor needs a full rear panel the list gos on and on

I am really gutted about the car as i was looking forward to getting stuck in
