Anyone got GTA3 for the PC? If so shud try moddin it! There are tons of sights:

or just do a google search!
First you need some tools to add the cars and map mods.
You need TXD tool and IMG tool. You should also get REShack and Car stats editor or multiedit! Try it out!!

i've played this game far too much, i've now got a dodge viper type thing thats set to do about 19000kmh, its kinda hard to control. Oh, and it goes underwater
am gonna try and see if i can make my corsa do the same now....

I downloaded this flyable helicopter and now I can fly any car in the game! I can make it do anything! You can go up, down, left and right so you can fly anywhere in the game! Even to ghost town!!

i'm not saying anything else about what i've found/done cos i dont wanna sound like a total nerd. Must say it passes the time I should be turning out pages of designs and stuff tho
