I need some help with a math's problem;

I want to reverse calculate costs of buying an item based on percentages that are added during the checkout process.

Say I want to do a total spend of £100, but the item is subject to the following fees;

(Item price + 41.6%) + 4% = £100

I want to be able to change the £100 to other amounts, and give me the "Item price"

What would be the calculation I need to do?

Item Price = ((total spend/1.04)/1.416)

(X / 1.04)/1.416 = Item Price Where X is the amount you can change
