Yes if it's already wired into your cars loom. It's just plug and play.

The high spec corsas have the plugs right under the seat, ready to plug and play.
The lower specs do not and require either some alteration to the loom or an interior loom replacement.
IMO it's not worth the hassle, when I had cally leathers, in the winter they were freezing cold (and your body warms them up in due time), in the summer, they are sticky and clammy.
They do look nice though.

Sports should have the heated seat wires, will be taped up under the carpet, i think cdx's had them too.

sports came with the connector under the carpet (rite under the seat) easy enough to do. get hold of the switches too and there's a place for them on your centre console if you take that slidey (left - right) dial off
my carpet even had a slit already in for them

The best way to see if your car has the loom. Take the cover off the slider on the heater controls, behind that you should be able to see the terminals for the heated seat switch. A Sport should have the loom.
