first of not sure if it should be in here or car chat so please move if in wrong place
thrying to connect my laptop up to my ecu, its a dtas40 if it makes any diffrence , im quite crap with computers
here is the lead im using to connect it up
with it all instaled on the computer i went onto the controle pannel to see what com port it was using and it shows com port 4
the open up the dta software and select com port 4
but when trying to connect im getting this message
ive tryed the other usb port whis is comport 3 and its still saying the same , what am i doing wrong ?, cheers
