I had a dream lastnight that the disaster had happened, I and a few other strangers had set up a .30 cal machine gun in the Fox & Hounds pub garden, it got dark and the enemy parachuted in, we managed to kill the first few with small arms fire, then I scouted that there were men coming down from the West, looked like Germans I started firing with my M1A1 and then when the men came into the field of fire of the .30 cal we dropped must of them but then the tanks rolled in and they destroyed the position after a fierce battle.

I got away with my Thompson M1A1 that had a broken stock. The dream was very real

I too had this dream, except mine contained a male hairdresser with long hair.
