At weekend im gonna spray me arches, top bumpers, and change me orangle blinkers for clears. Few things.
How the hell i get the orange blinkers off??
How many cans of paint u recon i need??? (and primer and laquer)
How i get the bumpers off???
has n e body made a mesh front grill tht looks n e gd???
and what grade snadpaper i need etc???

Not sure about amout of paint, but to rub down, give it a quick/light goin' over with 400 ish grade, to remove the crap, then smooth it down with 800, primer, rub down again with 800 (wet this time) then paint, rub down with 800 (Wet) then however many coats until you reckon' it's ok.
Then lacquer, rub down with a bit finer to get a nice finish, like 1000/1200 wet.
Should look at least half decent as long as you take you time.

very much doubt you'll get a colour match using cans.
