As ben said a lot of it is to do with diet. Has your diet changed significantly in the last few months?

Also how old are you?

It could be hormonal in nature. Peaks and troughs in testosterone and estradiol levels (form of estrogen present in all men) can cause changes in body odour.

What anti-perspirant do you use? there are many that have 48 hour protection now also.

agree with this man.

incredibly gay piece of washing equipment but very effective. a little shower gel goes a long way with those.

As said, i work away from home, diet hasnt changed in 10 years, ive never had the need for an anti persperant, and though taking a flannel away with me isnt so bad, i dont fancy carrying a pouf about with me.

31 now, getting on a bit.

Odours stem from bacteria on the skin, maybe switch your shower gel/wash to a something PH neutral and see if that makes a change.

Has the bird started complaining yet? If not it might be your imagination. Its either that or you caught aids from the guy at work.

You may have gotten immune to your deodorant, that happened to me before, used the same stuff for years and it was fine, then all of sudden I was sweating loads, so I switched deodorants.
