Fucking parents just came in to the store with a screaming kid jumping around in the showroom furniture.

Parents blatantly ignored him and our sales team did nothing to try and make them calm the kid down.

I went out afterwards to ask what the hell that was about and they tell me the kid had pissed his pants so the parents were ignoring him as a "punishment". And you didn't ask them to keep him off the fucking furniture? What the hell???

We sell office chairs in the +1,000£ price range. People expect our showroom to be clean and somewhat piss free, for fucks sake!

Oh, and I asked what they bought. One 1,200£ chair, which is alright for a walk in customer, as well as one 16£ box of chocolate to "keep the kid occupied on the way home".
