Can some one tell me how you connect this up as i have a delocked boot with the solenioid on it but don't know how to connect it up do i need a switch or sumin?? HELP

yah u need to have a switch so that it will pop the boot open

who did it? if it was there when you got it, it should have been connected up to either the alarm or a switch in the car.

If you need to connect it, connect the earth to a grounding point in the tailgate, and run a positive to the battery, to a switch under the dash or something, then take the other wire from the switch to the solenoid.
