Looks like the fuel tank vent valve to me. Goes on the back of the head on the passenger side iirc. 1 of the nipples goes to the carbon cannister thats under the drivers wing (not needed) and the other goes to one of the nipples on the throttle body iirc.

Its not needed tbh, I just vented mine to the atmosphere but you need it plugged in or the EML will keep coming on.

Yeah bolts to inlet manifold studs on end of engine furthest from cambelt. Well that's where I found one once pmsl.
