There is so much on the market for this budget, makes finding the right TV difficult. Need a TV for a spair room and I'm just looking for the best value for money TV out there.

Budget: 300 (flexible to an extent but a good starting point)
Size: bigger the better but not smaller than 32"
3d: Not required.
Features: doesn't require any network or smart tv features. 1080pb would he nice as my future guest may want to stream her films to it.

For that purpose and price range, just buy what ever brand name TV you find on sale...

Could also get a pretty decent second hand 42" plasma for that sort of money, but tbh for a spare room I'd prefer a slimmer 32" my self.

Well I'm just after value for money and maybe finding an older 500 tv for that money as opposed to a brand new 300 tv etc.
