The clay is rock hard but gets JUST soft enough to flatten and fold after thoroughly warming it. If it needs to be warmer than I made it to work properly, then that's still pretty shit.
Rich did recommend me the Bilt Hamber one as well, but they didn't have it at i4D and didn't want to shop several places. Will get it for next time.
I did use Tardis as I had a number of larger tar spots, but doing the whole paint just seemed a bit cumbersome. 
I fucking hate washing the car.

Sticking it in a cup of warm water is a good way of warming it up as well
Yeah I wouldn't personally tardis the whole car, I just do the bottom half of the sides and the back end, unless there are bad bits elsewhere.
