I'm getting my faulty phone picked up by citylink tomorrow at the request of my insurance company. However it wasn't until the call ended that I realised she didn't give me an address. Is it just a case of citylink already knowing where it's going to and that they'll have the label/address?

This tbh. They'll probably send a prepaid/addressed envelop (that's what orange did when I sent my phone back under warranty) but its best to check just in case.

Who booked it?
So long as it has the LY or LZ number it'll have the two addresses in the tracking information.

Phoned back and it's all good. The citylink person will sort it when he collects it.
