If you think public sector is tough, you're in for a shock if you move to the private sector

Took a role straight out of uni, stayed there 2 years, moved internally within the same company. Stayed in the 2nd role for 2 years, moved internally again. Stayed in the 3rd role for a few months and then left the company.
Joined a new company, stayed there 5 months (it was shit).
Joined current company, been here 5 months so far and I'm pretty happy with it.

i've been in my current role too many years but the problem is I enjoy it and it's not particularly hard, looking at specialising in substance/alcohol missuse though as i've been working along side it and it looks really fullfilling as they work closely with the clients and see more of a complete journey.

From leaving school (17) to 24 I had 6 jobs doing all different stuff from labouring on sites to working in a lab analysing aviation fuel & diesel to various stuff in house building design and then contract tendering. Then got an apprenticeship and been with the same company for 6 years, im now a senior ops tech.
