tx autosport do an intercooler to handle 300bhp approx designed to fit behind the corsa bumper,may need some slight modding.there is other makes about also with easy fitment but the bigger you go the more you got to cut.

Frontera one should fit without needing to cut bumper

Ah yes frontera diesel intercooler they are good for 300bhp and fit really well,inlet and outlet point in towards the engine already!good one that man.

make sure you get a 2.8 intercooler as the 2.3 ones don't clear the rad
