Just need a bit of advice from someone in the know with diesel corsa C's and Combos please

My Combo 1.7 CDTI needs a new intercooler, rad and fan. I've found someone locally breaking a 1.3 CDTI, I was just wondering if someone could confirm that these parts are the same for both engines? From what I can see from photos they look the same but just want to make sure.
