I have no problem fitting front but just wondering when fitting the back does the adjustable cap just sit on the axle where the bottom of the spring would normally?
A tutorial would be handy if anyone got a link

If you mean the adjuster cup you get with rear springs then yes it sits underneath the springs, but you can also leave it out if you want the back to be a bit lower.

Oh yes I get it, so I can just put the springs and new shocks on the back without the adjuster cap? The springs don't look that small tho and it says it drops up to 100

Yeah just put the springs on like you would normally and leave the adjusters out, that's what i did anyway.
I think the 100mm in the ad refers to the front, the back is still fairly low though, maybe around 70-80mm.
