As above can anyone point me in the right direction for this info need to replace head gasket as long as head isn't porous.

12 and 12 on cam pullies 6 on crank.
Have you done a search on forum? Bound to be loads of info mate

im suspecting my head has gone porous ive heard of a fix but is it worth just sending away getting tested and repaired??

Timing is easy, 12 and 12 on cam cover markers, set cylinder 1 at TDC, will line up on crank pulley marker.
Put belt on loose, timing on the markers, then turn the engine 8 teeth on the cam pulley to take up the slack before the tension the belt.
Head torque stage 1 - 25nm, then 3 stages - 60 degree turns.

Once head is torqed down ect ive ben told there is a run up procedure, is this correct?
if so what is?
