Both my parents have 3GS' running iOS 4 I think, I bought them both 18 months or so ago and they were using them with their old laptop which has since gone kaput... how can I sync them now with a laptop and back them up to add things etc.? I've done an iCloud back-up but they need syncing properly ideally and they want to add pre-purchased music to them also. They run super slow too, any ideas?

iCloud? I though that was only available with iOS 5 upwards?

no they still have icloud.

No I haven't done it, but I know a few people who have succesfully used senuTi.
There'll probably be a free alternative out there, though.
