nah, there's one screw that goes into the bumper, then they're held on with about 3 little clips around the wheel arch.

if you have universal ones with no inbuilt clips you may need some mudflap clamps?

The genuine vauxhall ones for the corsa B like these: -



have a screw which is already there into the bumper and the rest is clamped. The only work you need to do it cut some small square holes in the plastic inner arch with a stanley knife to make room for the clamps. This again is quite easy cos the inner arch has the squares marked out already in the plastic.
