I got a carbon fibre sport air filter 3" pipe ... i need a mounting kit or at least idea how to fix it to the shell ...

large jubilee clip around it and a strip of metal about 25mm bent into an L shape clamped under the jubilee to the filter body and other end bolted to the cars body somewhere?

sounds easy but i need a solid mount .. :/
