no supplements tried 2 protein powders and both have tried to kill me even the special needs one i tried, pretty shit diet in fairness in terms that I dont eat near enough, motivation is down to the fact I want (will) get bigger/stronger/fitter.

Clean diet (few beers every other Friday or when on holiday) low carbs, couple of chicken breasts each day, supplements are myprotein whey & creatine
motivation is simple, I don't want to be a fat lazy shite

I try to go at least 2/3 times a week llus football training and playing kn a sundah and the occasional run. Im on serious mass as I do a lot of activity and im tall and thin, one of those kids that can smash food in without it adding weight. I train to get stronger, fitter and to keep in shape because I dont want to be a skinny fat person! My diet isnt the best, struggle with veg, most of my meals are heavily carb based. Also signed up to a half marathon in May.

I go to gym 3 times a week. Mon/weds/fri then rest sat/sun. Football mon/tues/thurs night.
Eat as clean as I can with odd cheat meal at weekends. Only supplement I'm on at min is Gold Standard Whey Protein,no amino or creatine etc.
My aim is just to build abit of size but stay toned. Going on holiday in September so that's my aim haha.

Go to the gym 5 days a week. Currently sitting at 114kg.
Eat what i want but just make sure i get decent sources of protein and carbs. Like eating shite to much to be 100% strict. Cutting in a fortnight which i'm not particularly looking forward to.
Supplements; MyProtein Impact Native Whey, Creapure, Glycine and MusclePharm Aminos.
Motivation comes from seeing what i used to look like and what i do.

Gym threads are always very exciting because everyone thinks they know more about working out/supplements than the next person. Makes for excellent reading.
