Right iv got a gsi bumper and the two lugs on the edges ( that the front arches cover ) have broken off . I was wondering if anyone had got some ideas for me to repair it. I took it to work to see if they would plastic weld it but they said it would just brake again .
Sorry not very good as describing things btw

Happened to tonnes of people bud! Most people tend to try and make up metal brackets instead!

I seen a picture of a metal bracket I just don't see how people attach them to the bumper tho

Hmmm :/ Cant really help on that one im afraid! Probably something like bonding stuff they use for all new cars panels to put them together, dries rock hard and proven as strong as welding!

Cut 2 off another bumper longer then where broke on urs and have them plastic welded on yours mines been done lasted 3 years cars slammed so bumper hits everything and never broke if yours break the welder is crap

Also had one plastic welded before. Lasted fine.
Car was 80mm front and 110mm rear. Lasted until it gt changed
