Don't know if this is possible but here goes:

I4 = B4 * C2
L6 = I4 * B5
L7 = I4 * B6
L8 = I5 * B6
L9 = I4 * B7
L10 = I5 * B7
L11= I6 * B7

L24=SUM(L6:L10)

L25=COUNTA(L6:L10)

L26=(L24-(L25*C2))

I need a formula to tell me how many (the least amount ideally) of B cells need to be of zero value for L26 to be less than Zero
