I left mine to dry inthe sun, even when I tried to polish itthe next day I couldnt get the water marks off it

its so gay, as much as I try theres watermarks everywhere and they just dont shift, so I end up

wheels scrubbed with some magic stuff
wetting car all over
shampoo+wax combo all over
wash off
dry
wet one side
dry
wet other side
dry
wet roof
dry

this is even when I put it in the shadow of the barn so the sun cant get to it. is there something I'm missing?
