I'm looking at buying one of these on Saturday.

How much are they worth? The one i've found has 78k miles, 2 previous owners, full service history etc.

Also, how many of them are actually left?

Basically after any info anyones got..?

Thanks

Worth what your willing to pay really. They do command a higher price for obvious reasons.

No number 0 and 13, last one is 99. 104 were built but 5 were press cars and only 1 survives, the rest were broken up. As to how many are around I dont know but hazard a guess at 80.

Check alloy condition as the finish is a one off satin laquer finish. Should come with Toyo T1r tyres which they are designed to work with, if not get the tyres changed to T1 sports as they are better.
Check map works on sport button as it can be wiped off when ecu is checked.
Check Brakes. They cost £330 per disc and £200 for pads. Also pistons in calipers can seize as they have no dust covers and are made of mild steel. Upgrades in stainless can be bought from Godspeed so can new cheaper discs but you need to have the 2 part discs with the Alcon bells only.
Just check the usual things on diesels astras. Swirl flaps, gearbox.
Also do a pedal test whilst looking at it to see if any error codes pop up.
Go through Greenlight to get the insurance as they recognise it as a car.

Other than that they are awesome cars, Ive done 45k in 2 years in mine. 45mpg average. Mine even came with the optional Recaro seats.
Mines no.98.

I love mine.

I was looking one last year but they barley come up for sale. A nice alternative to a vxr.

Would of loved one of these, is it just a map that's different performance wise? And obviously there lowered?

334mm Alcon 4 pot brakes.
Twin map
Retuned VXR dampers with eibach springs
Wheels
Optional seats
Exhaust tip and 888 badges and triple eight written everywhere.

Makes the car look like you won it playing poker.

Quite a bit different then, only thing I'd love are the brakes bet that makes it completely different to drive.

Yeah.
Brakes are awesome, never known stopping power like it. Only downside is the cost for discs and pads and I take them off every 6 months for a clean up and inspection.

Alcon, so they charge what they want if you want them. You cat get pattern replacements elsewhere at 2/3's the cost.

200bhp and 330lb/ft.

The box's must be able to cope with a remap then if these run 200bhp. Put my self off one as was worried about the box but thorney said around 185bhp with there maps so less then the 888's

I also want your seats bad!!

I've just bought myself a 1.9 twintop so done a bit of reading.
Found one post saying its torque that kills the box so a remap doesn't help.
Another saying regula oil changes with good stuff on the gearbox helps
I also have a corsa VXR so figured if they are as bad as everyone makes out I'm going to have to change one sooner or later
But the 1.9 deisel is a great engine power and economy
