Hi Team,

Quick question for you Londoners.

How do I go about getting from London Heathrow to Staines? Which bus is best to get as I dont recall there being any train lines?

Also, being Scottish and therefore tight as two coats of paint I really dont want to fork out £40 in a taxi

Specific address is:

Knyvett House, Watermans Business Park

The Causeway

Any help would be grand

There are many bus routes to staines from heathrow. All of them go from Hatton cross station (just outside of the terminals, the tube goes there from t1,2,3 and 4,5, or catch any internal airport bus, all free).

There is london bus 203, which is oyster card prices.

The 441 only stops at T5 and is a surrey bus so expect to pay a bit more than london bus prices, plus no oyster.

From staines bus station it is a short walk to the causway. About 10 mins maybe. Google maps will probably be you best bet, but the basic route is out of the bus station towards robert dyas/argos, then right and along past the libary. At the top the road bends left, follow that. Then at a set of lights bear left over the river Thames. At the roundabout take the right, that road is the causeway.

What are you doing in staines? I live not far from there, and drink in staines most weekends.
