From the figures it seems that its the minority of foreigners that are claiming, the the main problem is uk nationals claiming.

I say we copy Australia's system.

i dont get it, how people are able to claim if theyve never paid NI. ive known uk residents who have worked but not for long enough to pay enough NI contribution to be allowed to claim jobseekers.
